- asi není rozumné znát všechny zástupce, ale některé skupiny byste znát měli
- Araucaria araucana (jižní Andy, pomezí Chile a Argentiny), CITES I
- Fitzroya cupressoides (jižní Andy, pomezí Chile a Argentiny), CITES I
- Adansonia grandidieri – jediný baobab na seznamu, Madagaskar
- ebeny (Diospyros) – jen populace madagaskarských druhů
- všechny palisandry (Dalbergia) – pantropické rozšíření, D. nigra je CITES I
- všechny tři pravé mahagony (Swietenia) – Amerika
- africké mahagony rodu Khaya
- cedrel (Cedrela) – Střední a Jižní Amerika
